CELEBRITY PROFILES: The rules seem not to apply to rapper/actor and all around personality, Snoop Dog (10/20/72). Though he's been arrested, aligned with thugs and embroiled in controversy, he somehow always seems to come off as likeable, kind hearted and even charming. His appeal bridges age, gender and racial gaps – even Barbara Walters likes him! Score one for Libran diplomacy and lightheartedness.
