Here's the secret astrologers use. (This requires an ephemeris. I use Raphael's Ephemeris, as do most serious astrologers.) Then look at the astrological tables for the day (s) you are considering and see where the moon is positioned each day.

The moon traverses one sign every 2½ days. Choose your date based on when the lunar rays are in a sign that is lucky.

The moon visits each sign of the zodiac, in order, approximately every 29½ days, so each month holds fortunate periods. And if you miss one, just wait 'til the next one!

Athletic events: Sagittarius, Leos, Aries, and Scorpios.

Lectures and school events: Virgos, Geminis, Taureans, and Libras.

Job related activities: Capricorns. Scorpios, Leos, and Aries.

Community events: Cancers, Taureans, Aquarians, and Geminis.

Parties-large groups: Libras, Aquarius, Sagittarians, and Pisceans.

Volunteer work: Pisceans, Cancer, and Taureans.

Musical events: Virgos, Libras, Taureans, and Aquarius.
