Aries, Cancers, Libras and Capricorns are most likely
to instantly fall in love at first sight, but also to
put unreasonable expectations upon new loves. Because
these four signs are quite impatient, they immediately
make demands and this can cause even the most ideal love
to have second thoughts. They win in love by pacing themselves.
They lose when they start comparing new and old loves
or when they refuse to end a lingering relationship that
they know is over. Unrequited love for these signs comes
when they are unrealistic - particularly when dating someone
already spoken for. They triumph when giving romantic
ultimatums to reluctant loves.
Taureans, Scorpios, Aquarians and Leos are looking for
perfection in love often overlooking an old love that
is truly dazzling. These signs win in love when they
are a bit less conservative or adamant about a new love
fulfilling all their fantasies - at least at the beginning
anyway. They could lose when they refuse to compromise
- especially in the more serious stages of a romance.
Taureans, Scorpios, Aquarians and Leos have disappointments
because they expect a partner to care a bit more than
is reasonable - if they want that, they must make sure
they reciprocate by being generous in other ways. These
signs are so secretive in love they never mention love
triumphs although there are more than meet the eye.
Unrequited love stems from overzealous expectations.
Geminis, Virgos, Pisceans and Sagittarians appear not
to put themselves on the line with love because they
are so afraid of losing. These are the "multiple romance"
signs always hedging their bets out of fear more than
out of disloyalty. They win in love through their ability
to sense what kind of support a new love needs. With
this knowledge they can be skilled manipulators or talented
psychologists. Yet, this understanding demeanor keeps
them from finding true equality in love - and that is
how they can lose. Notice that Geminis, Virgos, Pisceans
and Sagittarians are always "rating" a new love. (It
was probably one of these people who invented the "10"
system of rating good looks!) This keeps them from complete
intimacy, as they always seem to be a bit detached.
They experience unrequited love because they often play
the field letting an absolutely delightful partner go,
and then - only later - do they realize that their constant
analysis and noncommittal attitudes about love are what
drove this wonderful love away.
