a “Pioneer in Women’s Chess,” an
Ambassador to the game, and a true role model
to millions of women and children. She has graced
the covers of more than one hundred magazines
and has been the topic of tens of thousands of
articles worldwide. Susan also founded the SUSAN
POLGAR FOUNDATION, a nonprofit organization to
help promote chess for women and youth in America.
